I know you've heard this a billion and twenty eight times but seriously water is key to healthy skin.

Everyone's had those moments where they've know something's good for them and are like "Ok, gonna start eating/drinking/doing [x] much" - do it once then stop LOL.

A lot of people say they 'hate' the taste of water or that water "has no taste". Your body is made out of majority water and so whenever you feel thirsty, the best way to quench that thirst (omg I nearly spelt 'thirst' as 'first' because of my accent #ohgosh) is to drink water. Think about it, every drink has a small percent of water in it, it could 5 bottles of one drink to do what 1 bottle of water can do.

I drink water. In fact it's my favourite 'drink' (I've been in debates contemplating whether water can be described as a drink but yes, yes it can LOL) - I have two bottles in my bag right now! I also have mild eczema and don't wear any makeup at all but I've been complimented so much because of my skin and I'm in control of my eczema because of water!

If I can do it, you can! I remember when I was younger, my brothers, sister and I only used to drink Orange Juice (yes I know, so exciting!) so at random times our parents used to hide it so we could just drink water, at the time I disliked it but I've grown to like it and so can you! Try it and reap the benefits, apparently it helps growth of hair and nails also (my nails grow super super long so this is probably true!), concentration (ask anyone who's knows me, I'm always bubbly and full of life!) & intelligence (I recently got my A Level results which included an A* in Psychology)! :)
