Music Monday on a Tuesday? If that isn't #ThugLife, I don't know what is. Hashtag YOLO, Hashtag Living Life on the Edge, Hashtag Humpty Dumpty.

Saturday night, I had THE best time ever. Music is therapeutic. Dance is therapeutic. Music and Dance is everything. #Encore2015 came and conquered. I was invited as VIP and had all access, it was such an incredible show full of good vibes. 

I loveee seeing up and coming artists and witnessing their growth, it's such a great feeling to see the passion seeping through every word and movement. Artists included Rotimo, LDNC, Silvastone, Vicky Sola, Ajay, Tyroon Da Prince, Martel B and Rough Copy (from X Factor),

All access meant I got to speak to everyone from the artists to the drummers to the dancers - I had an amazing time!

 

Music is all the therapy you'll ever need.
